Payment Methods:
A. Credit Cards- we accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, And Discover.  Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number- the address and phone number that credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
B. Money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, & personal checks- we accept money order, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in US Dollars only.  Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before order is processed.Sog Industries , Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $ 25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Sales Tax Information:
Sogo Industries, Inc. is not open to public and is strictly wholesale and does not charge sales tax on any order shipped out of the state of Texas  or out of U.S.A.   But requires to have resale number information for any shipment.

Price & Quantity:
A. Minimum order for Internet is $250/- US Dollars.
B. All prices and packaging are subject to change without notice.
C. Price, Case and Inner Pack are subject to change.
D. All merchandise is subject to availability at time of shipment.

Order Acceptance Policy:
Receipt of your order by fax, phone, purchase order or electronically does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.   Your order is not a contract, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at particular prices.  After you place an order, Sogo Industries, Inc. will determine whether or not to fill the order for any reason. Sogo Industries, Inc. reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason, including, but not limited to the unavailability of a product or error in the price and product descriptions posted on the website. Any items ordered if out of stock will be reimbursed fully.

Shipping Terms:
A. All orders will be shipped from our distribution center in Houston.
B. All merchandise is sold FOB (freight on board) our warehouse in Houston.
C. All freight charges need to be paid by buyer.
D. All freight charges to and from harbor need to be paid by buyer.
E. Cargo insurance needs to be provided by buyer.
G. If there is any other charges involved will need to be paid by the buyer.
H. All shipments before leaving our distribution center would be checked for damage or brokerage. You own your merchandse in transit and are responsible for filing any damage claims with the frieght company. The final shipping cost on any order will be determined right before the shipment. Sogo Industries Inc., is not reponsible for lost returned shipments.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee.

Returns:
A. All returns must be pre approved by Sogo Industries, Inc.
B. All returns must be send freight prepaid with in 7 days.
C. Sogo Industries, Inc., Is not responsible for lost returned shipment.         

Disputes: In Case of any disputes, Governing Law of  Houston- Texas will prevail. All electronically transmitted orders will be subject ot Terms and Conditions displayed. Sogo Industries, Inc., reserves the right to revise,change and/or update this website/prices without notice, so please check back each time that you access this website.
